Will I enjoy all of this?

YES! If you don’t believe us, just come along to one of the sessions and talk to people already on the sessions.

We think you will benefit by participating and so does your doctor, so why not give it a try and book your place now...

Do I have to wear special clothes or shoes?

NO simply wear whatever you feel comfortable exercising in. It is advisable to wear clothes in layers so that you can peel them off when you get warmer. Footwear should have a soft, flat sole.
